Our customer is the world\'s leading provider of products and services for individuals with renal diseases.

 

Project information:

  • Location: Wrocław; remotely or hybrid (depends on the candidate\'s location)
  • Type of employment: long-term contract of employment
  • Remuneration: 7500 - 9000 PLN gross (depending on the candidate\'s experience)
  • Level: Mid

 

Responsibilities:

  • Handling incoming payments
  • Reviewing recipients\' accounts and preparing payment requests
  • Analyzing overdue invoices
  • Creating sales invoices
  • Contacting customers to clarify incoming payments details
  • Clearing intercompany settlements
  • Updating contractors\' credit limits
  • Confirming balances with contractors
  • Preparing and analyzing reports
  • Handling bad debt and long-term receivables
  • Assisting in other day-to-day administrative tasks

7500 - 9000 PLN gross

Requirements:

  • Fluency in English and Czech languages (B2 or C1 level)
  • Experience in accountancy, preferably in AR/OTC department
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel, knowledge of SAP (would be an asset)
  • Analytical thinking
  • Attention to detail
