President of the board, Olivier founded Cyclad in 2007 focusing his full attention on developing the company and its international presence. Being responsible for Cyclad’s global success, Olivier makes the key decision, as a true leader and visionary, regarding the company development, policy, and strategic directions. Olivier is a strategy expert with more than 20 years of experience in the IT/ICT industry. Olivier holds a degree from Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Télécommunications.
Arkadiusz joined Cyclad Group in 2020 as the Chief Financial Officer. He is responsible for managing the finances of the group, financial planning, and cash flow. Arkadiusz has over 15 years of experience in Finance, working in a multi-cultural environment in various industries for the most significant players on the market (Big 4).
Arkadiusz holds a degree in Economics from the University of Warsaw.
Michał joined Cyclad in 2018 as a Global Resource Delivery Manager. He has over 15 years of experience gathered in top international corporations in Tech Talent Acquisition. Expert in service design aligned with rapid market evolution, workforce availability, and technology disruption. Michał is seeking tailored operating models within HR function to add value and generate efficiency for all stakeholders.
Michał graduated from University of Economics in Cracow and West Business Academy in Esbjerg, Denmark.
Abderrahim joined Cyclad in 2016 as Country Manager Morocco. With solid skills in setting up, managing, and adapting the global services within the Moroccan market, he guarantees the development of the Cyclad activity in Morocco.
Abderrahim graduated in Human Resources Management from the National Business School.
Graduated from University in Lublin, faculty of Law and Administration, with 14 years of professional experience in sales gained in sectors such as hospitality, marketing, metal industry, human resources, and IT. Soft communication and business trainer, she joined Cyclad in 2011, currently leading Cyclad business development activities, and holding Sales Manager position since 2015
Dominika joined Cyclad in 2008 as a Recruitment Specialist, and currently she works as an HR Business Partner at a Group level. She is responsible for providing leadership and guidance relevant to HR areas and processes such as talent acquisition, onboarding, employee relations, manager support, and employee development. Dominika has over 13 years of experience in various fields of Human Resource management.
Dominika holds a degree from Silesian University and Polish Open University.
Andrea is a business globetrotter with more than 20 years of experience as an executive in worldwide market leaders in advanced technology, he held different senior positions in the area of Strategic Business Development and Operational Management. In 2021 Andrea has joined Cyclad International as group COO, to expand the reach of the company worldwide through a broader transformation as well as supervise the full operations. Before that, he spent more than 14 years in Amadeus in different management roles and 8 years in Accenture. Andrea holds a Ph.D. in Engineering from the University of Sapienza and he’s a happy father of 3 kids and currently lives in France.
