  • Working closely with the technical team and stakeholders
  • Participation in a new organizational project
  • Implementing a new structure
  • managing the development of customer service
  • Analysis regarding productivity, improvements, standardization of processes
  • Process improvement
  • Problem escalation to provide resolution
  • Establishing and maintaining good relations with the business area
  • Identifying areas that need improvement
  • Project support and supervision
  • Regular communication with internal and external stakeholders
