Your daily tasks:

  • Providing level 2 support, resolution of incidents and issues as well as the handling of service requests.
  • Writing technical procedures for Level 1 and Level 2 and keep the knowledge base up to date.
  • Conveying technical terms/resolutions to Level 1 support.
  • Working towards continuous service improvement to deliver an excellent service delivery to users.
  • Testing, modifying and improving existing procedures.
  • Training of future employees being recruited.
  • Handling special assignments (migrations, new country launches).

  • At least 2 years of experience in similar role, providing L2 Customer Support, with a strong handle on functional processes and techniques.
  • Having an experience with resolving any customer concern by analyzing and investigating the reason for concern.
  • Having a digital & tech savvy with high proficiency in a variety of applications.
  • Ability to read and follow front and back-end logic written in JavaScript.
  • Experience reading logs from AWS Cloudfront, understanding of SSO.
  • Basic skills in query languages such as JQL, SQL or CloudFront queries.
  • Fluent English.
