Job description:
Delivering technical second-level support, processing incidents and service requests, planning deployments, and coordinating various provider tasks in compliance with SLAs
Working on incidents, service requests, and problems compliant with SLAs
Ensuring the productive operation of all bank-relevant applications and guarantee a high level of availability
Communicate with 3rd party IT Providers
Be part of a 5-8 people professional team, as part of a bigger ITIL compliant support team
Create evaluations and reports from productive systems
Ensure continuous improvement of service quality through close coordination with development teams, third-party vendors, and IT service providers
