Project scope:

• Analyse and document global and local business processes across Sales, Marketing and Medical/Business operations
• Translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories and process flows
• Collaborate closely with the Product Owner and technical teams to design feasible Salesforce solutions
• Define, document and validate end-to-end Salesforce processes
• Support localization and adaptation of Salesforce solutions to legal and regulatory constraints
• Plan, prepare and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test scenarios and test cases
• Support business users during Hypercare after go-live
• Prepare and maintain high-quality project documentation in line with global standards
• Work daily with international stakeholders from client and delivery partner teams
