Your tasks:

Designing, configuring, and supporting SAP OpenText Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) solutions
Working closely with SAP Financial Accounting (FI) to ensure seamless invoice processing and posting
Implementing and optimizing E-invoicing solutions across various European countries
Integrating SAP VIM with SAP Document and Reporting Compliance (DRC) and SAP Ariba
Configuring and supporting OpenText OCR technologies (ICC/BCC, IC4SAP, CC4SAP)
Automating Accounts Payable processes, including Smart Coding, workflow optimization and reporting improvements
Gathering and analysing business requirements and translating them into system solutions
Leading and facilitating Accounts Payable workshops with client subject-matter experts
Supporting project documentation, planning, and coordination using standard project management tools
Collaborating with client teams and participating in onsite work and occasional travel when required

Requirements:

Strong knowledge of SAP modules, with a clear focus on SAP Financial Accounting (FI)
Hands-on experience with SAP OpenText Vendor Invoice Management (VIM)
Proven experience in SAP VIM system configuration
Extensive experience delivering E-invoicing solutions in a multi-country European environment
Strong expertise in OpenText OCR solutions (ICC/BCC, IC4SAP, CC4SAP)
Demonstrated success in business process automation within Accounts Payable
Ability to gather, analyse, and document business requirements
Experience working with Microsoft Office and standard project management tools
Excellent communication skills and experience working directly with business users
Willingness to work from the office and travel occasionally, depending on project needs
