Responsibilities:
Design, develop and implement Dynamics 365 CE/CRM solutions aligned with business requirements
Customize and configure CRM applications, including entities, forms, workflows and BPFs
Develop integrations with external systems and services using APIs, plugins and Azure resources
Manage solution deployment across multiple environments, ensuring quality and consistency
Implement and maintain security roles, business units and data access models
Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts and other developers to translate functional needs into technical solutions
Enhance applications with Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages)
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to CRM functionality, integrations and performance
Contribute to DevOps processes, CI/CD pipelines and version control best practices
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and team members
Stay updated on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform roadmap and recommend improvements
