Responsibilitites:
Work closely with business users to understand warehouse operations and translate requirements into effective EWM solutions
Lead EWM design workshops, documenting process flows, functional designs and configuration approaches
Configure and customize SAP EWM functionalities in alignment with business needs
Collaborate with technical teams to develop functional specifications for enhancements, interfaces, reports and custom developments
Conduct system testing, validate system configuration and support user acceptance testing
Support data migration activities, including mapping, validation and cutover readiness
Provide end-user training, documentation and post-go-live support
Work with cross-functional teams (MM, SD, PP, QM, FI) to ensure seamless integration across S/4HANA modules
Monitor project progress, identify risks and propose mitigation plans
Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize warehouse performance and promote best practices
Requirements:
Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience with SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM)
Strong verbal and written communication skills, able to clearly explain EWM processes to business users and stakeholders
Prior experience with S/4HANA Greenfield implementation projects
Deep understanding of logistics, supply chain and warehouse processes
Ability to analyze business requirements and design optimized SAP EWM solutions
Provide expert functional guidance throughout the implementation lifecycle
Skilled in requirements gathering, solution mapping and fit-gap analysis
Experienced in preparing functional specifications, performing system configuration and supporting testing cycles (unit, integration, UAT)
