• Implement, configure, and support IFS Applications and/or NetSuite ERP solutions
• Analyze business processes and translate them into effective ERP workflows
• Participate in end-to-end ERP projects — from requirements gathering to go-live and support
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation
• Develop and optimize reports, dashboards, and integrations across ERP modules
• Troubleshoot and resolve functional and technical issues within ERP systems
