We are seeking an Elixir Engineer to join our client. You will be part of their core product team, collaborating closely with other engineers, designers, and product managers. You'll be responsible for designing and implementing scalable backend systems, ensuring performance, reliability, and clean architecture.

Project information:

• Work Setup: 100% Remote work
• Rate: 680 - 1040 PLN/net/day + VAT (B2B contract) - depending on experience
• Language: English & Polish (B2+ Required)

Project scope:

• Designing, developing, and maintaining backend services using Elixir, ensuring scalability, performance, and reliability
• Collaborating with product managers and designers to deeply understand user needs and translate them into robust technical solutions
• Taking ownership of a defined problem area — proposing, planning, and implementing improvements end-to-end
• Building and maintaining APIs that power user-facing applications and external integrations
• Working with PostgreSQL to design efficient data models and optimize queries for performance
