Responsibilities:

• Lead development of custom applications using ServiceNow App Engine Studio, Flow Designer, and UI Builder
• Translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions in line with platform best practices
• Design and implement workflows, integrations, business rules, and client/server-side scripts
• Ensure high-quality UX/UI and optimize application performance
• Actively participate in business transformation initiatives and challenge legacy processes
• Maintain documentation and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team
• Explore and apply AI/GenAI tools to improve development workflows
