Responsibilities:

Lead and manage end-to-end IT service transitions, focusing on cloud, AI, and low-code technologies
Coordinate with project managers, technical teams, and service delivery units to ensure smooth transition and operational readiness
Identify, assess, and mitigate risks across complex, multi-technology environments
Oversee documentation, knowledge transfer, and validation of acceptance criteria
Act as the primary point of contact for all transition-related activities

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Technical Transition Manager or in a similar IT service transition/IT delivery role
Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, cloud platforms, and service delivery management
Familiarity with AI-driven solutions and low-code platforms
Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work across cross-functional teams
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
