• Analyze operational requirements and translate them into SAP CS/PM functional and technical solutions
• Configure and customize SAP CS (Customer Service) and PM (Plant Maintenance) modules to support service and maintenance processes
• Design and document functional specifications aligned with business needs
• Collaborate with stakeholders, business teams, and technical consultants to ensure effective solution delivery
• Provide support for maintenance workflows, service orders, and integration with logistics and finance modules
• Conduct system testing, troubleshoot issues, and ensure solution quality
• Prepare documentation and deliver knowledge transfer to project teams
