The Cutover Manager plays a critical role in ensuring a smooth and coordinated transition to the new system by managing all technical and business activities during the cutover phase.

• Develop, manage and execute the cutover plan, covering all technical and business tasks required for go-live

• Coordinate with functional, technical and business teams to ensure readiness across systems, processes and stakeholders

• Oversee data loads, system readiness checks and validation activities during cutover

• Monitor and manage cutover timelines, dependencies and deliverables to ensure minimal disruption to business operations

• Identify, assess and mitigate risks and issues arising during the cutover phase, escalating where necessary

• Provide clear and timely communication and reporting to program leadership and business stakeholders

• Ensure effective post-cutover support planning and smooth handover to operations teams
