This position is part of the client's S/4HANA SDT Program, supporting the Data Migration stream for the SAP S/4HANA implementation. The Data Migration Lead will be responsible for defining and managing the end-to-end migration strategy, including execution and validation of legacy data into the new SAP environment. The role ensures data integrity, consistency and compliance with business requirements across operations in Paris and Lyon.

Responsibilities:

• Define and manage the overall data migration strategy, covering extraction, transformation, loading and validation processes

• Lead the planning and execution of migration activities, including mock runs, cutover and post-migration checks

• Develop and maintain data mapping, cleansing and validation rules in alignment with business and technical requirements

• Collaborate with functional and technical teams to ensure smooth integration and transition of data into S/4HANA

• Monitor and report on migration progress, risks and issues, ensuring timely resolution and escalation when needed

• Ensure compliance with data governance standards and maintain documentation of migration processes and outcomes

• Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders on all data migration matters
