The Experience Management Service Architect role is dedicated to setting up the technical aspects of Experience Services. This position is responsible for designing the overall architecture of the experience management system, ensuring seamless integration of technical components, tools, and platforms used to monitor and enhance employee experiences.

The Architect will collaborate with stakeholders to align technical infrastructure with organizational goals, ensuring that systems are interoperable, scalable, and secure.

Your tasks:

• Designing and implementing complex technical solutions within experience management or digital workplace environments.
• Developing overall data architecture, ensuring effective organization and integration of systems.
• Building and managing ELT pipelines using tools such as Azure Data Factory or equivalent.
• Designing and implementing RESTful and SOAP APIs for smooth system interoperability.
• Creating advanced data models and working with databases including SQL Server, Oracle, Snowflake, or Amazon Redshift.
• Leading system integration projects (e.g., Power BI, SysTrack, Nexthink).
• Preparing comprehensive architecture plans, documentation, and knowledge transfer sessions.
• Ensuring scalability, performance, and security across all platforms.
