Your tasks:

• Providing expert technical support for DevX solutions, specifically COBOL debugging tools in TSO and CICS environments.
• Partnering with developers and technical teams to troubleshoot, isolate, and resolve issues related to COBOL program execution, compiling, and debugging.
• Working across Windows and mainframe systems to install, configure, and recreate real-world customer scenarios, accelerating fix resolution and product quality.
• Acting as a key enabler of a seamless developer experience by managing support requests and delivering timely, clear, and actionable guidance.
• Documenting all support activity with precision—from initial issue through resolution—helping grow our shared knowledge base and improve team efficiency.
