Responsibilities:

• Serve as the lead SME for ITBM/SPM and ServiceNow ITBM/SPM, providing expert guidance across the organization
• Partner with business leaders, PMO, IT, and finance teams to align portfolio management, resource planning, and investment value delivery
• Drive the implementation and configuration of ITBM/SPM modules (demand, project, resource, agile, financial planning)
• Design, refine, and continuously improve processes for demand management, portfolio oversight, resource allocation, and financial monitoring
• Advise stakeholders on governance structures, KPIs, and metrics to measure value realization
• Build and maintain executive-level dashboards, reports, and analytics to enable data-driven strategic decisions
• Conduct training sessions and knowledge-sharing workshops for business teams, PMO, and IT staff
• Ensure high data quality, compliance with established processes, and ongoing process improvements
• Act as a strategic connector between business objectives, financial priorities, and IT delivery
