Responsibilities:
Manage monthly German payroll and statutory requirements
Partner with vendors and internal teams to drive accuracy and efficiency
Act as a go-to contact for payroll queries and audits
Provide reports, reconciliations and support on regional payroll initiatives
Contribute to process improvements and cross-country payroll support
Requirements:
2+ years of payroll experience, including hands-on work with German payroll
Solid knowledge of German payroll law and compliance
Fluent EnglishÂ
Strong Excel skills
