We are looking for an experienced ICFR Assurance Review Lead to support in assessing, reviewing, and enhancing internal controls. The role will also include contributing to IPO readiness, with a strong focus on compliance with GAAP.

Responsibilities:

• Acting as the ICFR assurance expert across the group
• Collecting, reviewing, and analysing financial documentation to assess the effectiveness of controls and compliance
• Assessing existing internal controls, policies, and compliance standards, and recommending improvements.
• Ensuring compliance with GAAP and local legal requirements
• Testing control systems to confirm operational and financial compliance
• Preparing and presenting IPO-focused reports, identifying gaps, risks, and corrective actions
• Collaborating with finance, audit, and compliance teams to ensure best practices
