Project information:

Work Setup: Remote work
Rate: 150 PLN/hour net + VAT (B2B contract)
Project Duration: 09.2025 - 12.2025 (possibility of extension)
Languages: English (B2+ Required)
Start date: ASAP/ depending on candidate availability
Tech Stack: Cypress (JavaScript/TypeScript), Cucumber, GitHub Actions, GraphQL

Project scope:

Design, develop, and maintain an advanced test automation framework using Playwright (JavaScript or TypeScript)
Build scalable, maintainable, and stable UI tests covering core business workflows
Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and monitor their reliability
Optimize test coverage and execution time
Collaborate closely with developers, QA engineers, and DevOps in an Agile setup
Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews
Analyze test results and raise quality improvement suggestions when necessary

Requirements:

4+ years of professional experience in test automation, with 2+ years hands-on experience in Playwright
Expert-level knowledge of Playwright for UI and end-to-end testing
Strong proficiency in JavaScript or TypeScript.
Solid understanding of version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar).
Experience designing and scaling test automation frameworks.
Familiarity with API testing tools (Postman, REST Assured, etc.).
Strong analytical skills and ability to work in complex technical environments.
Good communication skills in English (minimum B2 level).
