The T&T Manager role is fully responsible for the overall management of the transition and transformation project, ensuring its execution within the defined timeline, required quality and allocated budget. All resources needed for project implementation are centrally coordinated by this role.

Responsibilitites:

• Planning, coordination and monitoring of the transition and transformation project
• Ongoing monitoring of project progress, identifying deviations and initiating corrective actions
• Responsible for identifying and aligning changes and risks related to the transition and transformation, applying best practices and methods for effective change and risk management
• Ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets and quality standards
• Communication and coordination with all relevant stakeholders, including the client, third parties and other contractors
• Building and leading an interdisciplinary team for the implementation of the transition and transformation, including effort, resource and availability planning
• Reporting to management
