IT Support Agent with German

Project information:

  • Location: Kraków, Katowice, WrocÅ‚aw, Lublin, Opole, PoznaÅ„, Warszawa, GdaÅ„sk -> hybrid model of working in one the locations (40% in the office)
  • Working hours: 24/7 line (8 hours per day, different shifts)
  • Type of project: IT Support/Service Desk
  • Type of employment: long-term contract of employment
  • Languages: German & English

 

Responsibilities:

  • Providing daily support to German-speaking customers
  • Responding to customers' queries and solving technical issues
  • Managing ticketing system
  • Performing troubleshooting activites (hardware, software, system)

Requirements:

  • First IT support/helpdesk working experience
  • Very good knowledge of German & English (B2/C1 levels)
  • Problem solving skills and attention to detail
  • Experience with operating/monitoring systems considered as an asset
