Your responsibilities:

Lead and support the technical implementation of SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 solutions that meet user and business needs
Design and develop customizations, configurations, and integrations across Microsoft 365 and client-specific systems
Extend Microsoft 365 capabilities through modern development approaches, working closely with architects and peers
Contribute to the evolution of our Microsoft Business Applications capability with your own ideas, improvements, and best practices

We\'re looking for candidates with:

Solid experience with SharePoint Online (administration, configuration, customization)
Deep interest in Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and SharePoint technologies — including strengths and limitations
Proficiency in modern development tools: C#, JavaScript/TypeScript, React, SQL
Experience with scripting (PowerShell, PnP PowerShell) and Everything-as-Code templating practices
Ability to use REST APIs (Graph API, SharePoint API) for advanced integration and extension scenarios
Familiarity with Microsoft Azure components, including Logic Apps, Functions, Service Bus, and API Management
Knowledge of SharePoint On-Premises Farm Architecture is a plus
Microsoft certifications (Modern Work, Power Platform, Azure) are a strong advantage
