For our customer, we are looking for a skilled and experienced Mobile Device Management Knowledge SME to join our team. This role is critical to capturing and transferring enterprise mobility knowledge and ensuring smooth handover of services to the operational RUN team.

The ideal candidate brings deep Windows expertise, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of modern MDM platforms such as Intune and O365. You will be the key point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders during the knowledge transition phase.

• Remuneration: 120 - 130 PLN/hour net + VAT on B2B

Your tasks:

• Capture in-depth knowledge in:
  • Enterprise Mobility
  • Mobile Device Management
  • O365
  • Microsoft Intune
• Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications
• Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the transition phase
• Support incident, problem, change, and service request processes
• Conduct system health checks and align parameter changes with clients
• Create high-quality documentation
• Prepare and execute the Acceptance to RUN process
• Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards
• Transfer knowledge and finalized deliverables to the RUN team
