For our customer, we are looking for an experienced Virtual Workplace PL Application SME Transformation to support a VDI transformation project, migrating applications from Citrix to Microsoft Azure. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise, strong communication skills, and a proactive mindset to manage coordination between internal teams and external stakeholders.

Your tasks:

• Acting as the primary point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders during the transformation process.
• Serving as the SME for migrating applications hosted in the VDI environment from Citrix (CMO) to Azure Cloud (FMO).
• Coordinating and supporting the end-to-end transformation lifecycle, from planning to execution.
• Ensuring a smooth handover to delivery and operational teams.
• Monitoring project progress and ensuring all deliverables meet quality standards.
• Preparing and delivering clear documentation, reports, and presentations related to the transformation process.
