We are looking for a French-speaking Transition Manager with a strong supply chain background to lead process and function migrations into a Global Business Services (GBS) environment. This role is responsible for planning, managing and executing transitions, ensuring knowledge transfer, system readiness and operational continuity.

Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end transitions across supply chain functions
Develop and execute detailed transition plans and timelines
Coordinate with functional teams, local sites and shared services teams
Monitor progress, risks and issues; drive resolution and reporting
Ensure delivery of key outputs such as process maps, SOIs and training
Oversee knowledge transfer and ensure post-go-live stability
Apply standardized transition methodology and support team performance
Requirements:
Fluent in French and English
5+ years' experience in transition management, shared services and supply chain operations
Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills
Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and MS Office tools
PMP or similar certification is a plus
