Serve as the main point of contact for both internal and external communications related to end-user services
Architect workplace transformation solutions aligned with client needs
Support and steer the cloud tower across different delivery centers and country locations
Maintain strong alignment with the client on architecture and transformation strategy
Handover responsibilities and knowledge to the delivery teams
Ensure automation solutions are implemented effectively
Guarantee high quality of deliverables
Requirements:
7-9 years of experience as an Architect with up to 4 years specifically in Transformation Architecture
Proven experience in workplace environment architecture
Experience with workplace transformation initiatives
Strong communication, presentation, and reporting skills
Understanding of both SCRUM and Waterfall project management methodologies
