Project scope:

Designing and implementing complex Power BI models (Import, Direct Query and Dual)
Designing and implementing complex, rich in content and controls dashboards and reports in Power BI (including UX/UI designs)
Propose Source objects (Data Marts) data layout and structure to improve reload and refresh times
Using DAX to develop custom logic for metrics, KPIs, and organisation measures
Analysing, optimising and improving existing BI solutions
Close cooperation with the business analysts and stakeholders
Preparing documentation

Requirements:

At least 4 years of experience working with the PowerBI platform
Practical experience working with database systems such as Azure SQL or Synapse Analytics, Oracle DB, or IBM Db2
Fluency in the development of complex reports and dashboards in PowerBI
Very good knowledge of DAX
Experience with BI / DWH / Data Lake and Lakehouse concepts, including data modeling
Good knowledge of any SQL language (T-SQL would be an advantage)
Familiarity with redesigning existing PowerBI models, as well as UI / UX optimizations
Experience in performance optimizations (refresh time, smooth UX)
Understanding of Power BI Service and Eco-System, including setup, administration, and tweaks
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
Excellent communication skills in Polish and English
Proactive approach and willingness to share knowledge with the Team
Leadership approach and willingness to further develop

Nice to have:

Experience in the design and implementation of ETL / ELT processes and DW structure
Understanding of Microsoft Azure and expertise in Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
