Business Development Representative with German (IT/Cybersecurity sector)

We are currently looking for a Business Development Specialist to support one of our clients - a rapidly growing cybersecurity solutions provider - in expanding their footprint across the German market.

This role is ideal for someone who is independent, strategic, and fearless, with strong interpersonal skills and a deep interest in tech and innovation.

 

Project information:

  • Location: Warsaw - 100% remote working model
  • Languages: German and English
  • Type of employment: B2B / long-term employment
  • Budget: 700 - 850 PLN net per day + bonuses (up to additional 7000 PLN monthly)

 

Responsibilities:

  • Research and engage new prospects through outbound calls, emails and social selling
  • Identify and develop relationships with key resellers and distributors in the cybersecurity domain
  • Initiate contact with potential customers and develop relationships to generate qualified business opportunities
  • Define and prioritize high-value target accounts in the German market
  • Expand contacts within existing accounts and build out account maps with key decision-makers and stakeholders
  • Planning and executing mini campaigns within your assigned region
  • Work closely with sales, marketing and technical teams
  • Keep up with cybersecurity trends and competitor activities

Salary:

700 - 850 PLN net per day + bonuses (up to additional 7000 PLN monthly)

Requirements:

  • 2+ years in a business development or sales role — preferably in cybersecurity or IT
  • Fluency in German and English
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to build and manage partner relationships, including negotiating agreements, driving growth strategies and developing channel or partner programs
  • Strong results-driven mindset with the ability to align sales strategies with broader business goals and consistently exceed sales targets
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity trends and solutions
