• Location: Warsaw
• Type of employment: B2B contract
• Remuneration: 600 - 650 PLN net + VAT daily on B2B
• Project language: English

Your tasks:

• Providing high-quality technical assistance and supporting services for both internal and external users.
• Processing simple and complex service requests and incidents reported via the self-service portal, phone, e-mail, or in person.
• Proposing workarounds, troubleshoot, and analyzing reported incidents.
• Escalating reported issues to domain-specific support lines if necessary.
• Providing user guidance and advice.
• Providing services for the development, consultancy, and support of information systems under Time and Means conditions.
• Contributing to knowledge base development.
• Contributing to support service improvement.
• Creating a positive customer experience.
