Project scope:

Develop and optimize customer journeys using journey builder, automation studio, email studio, and mobile studio
Implement an integration with WhatsApp, KakaoTalk, and Line
Produce significant, reusable, scalable code that adheres to industry standards and best practices
Review the existing implementation and identify areas for improvement
Maintain documentation and log technical debt to support continuous improvement
Ensure working end-to-end processes and features
Engage in code reviews, testing, and debugging to guarantee quality and performance
Cooperate with the agile team to understand, refine, and estimate requirements
Ensure bug fixing and traceability through Jira
Participate in regular agile meetings (Daily Meetings, Sprint planning, Sprint review, Sprint retrospective)

Requirements:

Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or software engineering
Solid experience in Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio, Mobile Studio and AMPscript
At least 3 years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Proficiency in AMPscript, SQL, and REST/SOAP APIs
Experience with Cloud Pages and server-side scripting
Strong knowledge of data extensions, segmentation, and relational databases
Ability to troubleshoot and optimize email and SMS deliverability
Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and responsive email design
Experience integrating Marketing Cloud with Salesforce CRM or other platforms
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and attention to detail
Exposure to Agile methodologies with expertise in Jira and Confluence suites
Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications (e.g., Marketing Cloud Developer, Email Specialist)
Proficiency in English
