  • Remuneration: 8000 - 10000 PLN gross

 

Responsibilities:

  • Monthly payroll processing and calculation
  • Monitoring employees\' timesheets, overtime hours, benefits, bonuses, leave records and others
  • Cooperating with external tax offices, insurance providers and other administrative partners
  • Preparing monthly reports & analyses
  • Responding to payroll queries
  • Supporting preparation of PIT declarations
  • Participating in audits and internal controls

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of professional experience in payroll processing
  • Familiarity with German regulations
  • Good knowledge of English & German (at least B2 level)
  • Attention to details & excellent communication skills
