Customer Service Specialist with Romanian

Currently, for our client, we are looking for candidates with knowledge of English and Romanian to work as a Customer Service Specialist.

 

Project information:

  • Office location: Warsaw
  • Working model: hybrid (10 days in office per month - flexible)
  • Working hours: Mon-Fri between 7:00-17:30
  • Languages: English (B2) Romanian (B2)
  • Type of employment: long-term contract of employment
  • Level: Junior/Mid
  • Remuneration: 7500 - 8500 PLN gross (depending on candidate experience) + annual bonus

 

Responsibilities:

  • Orders processing in SAP
  • General handling and processing of product and delivery date enquiries,
  • Handling telephone calls with customers CS-Backoffice
  • Supporting logistic team to follow up on on-time delivery ability.
  • Cooperation with internal departments
  • Ad hoc support to the front line team
  • Handle incoming inquiries (phone and mail) help advice customers on technical products issues

7500 - 8500 PLN gross (depending on candidate experience) + annual bonus

Requirements:

  • Very good knowledge of English and Romanian (at least B2 level)
  • Very good communication skills
  • Willingness to develop
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • SAP knowledge will be an asset
