Our customer is the leader in consulting, technology services and digital transformation. Currently we\'re looking for an Customer Service Advisor with French. We don\'t require professional experience. You will be working among experts, where willingness to learn new things is supported by a wide range of trainings designed to improve your skills.

 

Project information:

  • Industry: IT
  • Location: Kraków or Katowice/hybrid model of working (up to 6 visits in the office per month)
  • Working hours: Mon-Fr: 8-hours shifts (between 7-22) + 1 weekend per month
  • Type of employment: long-term contract of employment
  • Start date: April 2024

 

Responsibilities:

  • Answering phone calls from customers and responding to their queries
  • Resolving requests and incidents
  • Performing troubleshooting activities
  • Cooperating with 2nd line of IT Support team
  • Monitoring incoming tickets
