Responsibilities:

• Conducting and supporting negotiations with suppliers on both commercial and contractual matters
• Supporting the Third-Party Risk Management process with onboarding and audits
• Cooperating with the following teams: Legal, Finance, IT and with Subject Matter Experts in Data Privacy
• Maintaining strong relationships with suppliers
• Creating RFI's / RFP's
• Managing supplier onboarding including negotiating complex contracts with monopoly suppliers
• Performing strategic sourcing activities
• Acting as a sourcing advisor to Technology stakeholders
• Guiding Business Team stakeholders and support the completion of supplier contracts mainly in the Legal Tech and Technology categories
• Developing a category plan with the Legal Tech function that meets and delivers on their priorities and targets
• Supporting the Senior Manager in the development of sourcing strategies
