Project scope:

• Guide native LIQ function,
• Run POCs, suggest solution options, propose a balanced view of preference, present to stakeholders, build consensus around option preference, actively drive design with an adopt (rather than adapt) mindset
• Drive Booking model definition and workflows for different Wholesale Lending products
• Loan IQ Configuration and Accounting Mapping definition workshops
• Test planning and execution support
• Migration strategy definition, planning, and support
• Analysis of specific issues and proposal of solution options to broader stakeholder group for decision
• Collaborate with Loan IQ migration leads to identify migration requirements and define mappings
• Manage requirements in adherence to standards and governance to enable effective project management and delivery across a large program
