Our customer is a worldwide leader for cutting and bending systems. We are looking for a OTC Team Leader who will join team located in Kraków.

Project information:

• Location: Kraków; hybrid work model (2/3 days per week remotely)
• Type of project: Accountancy
• Type of employment: long-term contract of employment
• Remuneration: 12000 - 14000 PLN gross
• Level: Leader
• Start date: depending on candidate's availability

Responsibilities:

• Coaching, managing and supporting OTC Team in everyday tasks
• Managing day-to-day tasks allocation and Team performance (KPIs, SLAs)
• Motivating team members to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the process
• Supporting Transition process
• Participating in projects improving existing processes
• Managing relationships with company's entities
• Being the Key Point of Contact for OTC order management process
