Currently, for our Client, we are looking for candidates with knowledge of Italian for the position of Customer Service Specialist.

Project informations:

  • Location: Warsaw
  • Type of work: hybrid 2 days per week in office
  • Working hours: Mon-Fr (start 8-9)
  • Languages: English (B2) Italian (B2)
  • Type of employment: long-term contract of employment
  • Level: Mid

Responsibilities:

  • Handling incoming calls, requests
  • Create quotations
  • Advice Customers regarding order status, products etc.
  • Answering questions
  • Preparing documentation
  • Entering orders into system
  • Support pricing process
  • Coordination of the ordering and delivery processes
  • Efficient resolution of customer issues and inquiries

  • Very good knowledge of English and Italian
  • Experience in Customer Service
  • SAP or other ERP experience
  • Knowledge of Excel
