Location: Warsaw, hybrid type of job
Type of employment: contract of employment
Remuneration: up to 22000 PLN gross CoE (monthly) with the possibility of increasing rate
Team: Business Applications Web team based across the UK and Poland. The team consists of 6 members and is responsible for the delivery and administration of all web-related services offered for the firm.
Project language: Polish and English
Contract length: long-term
Start date: depending on candidate\'s availability
Shift Pattern: Mon-Fri, business hours ( 8 hours/day) +occasional support in case of emergency incidents

You will be responsible for:

Taking part in multiple projects and programs, as part of the strategic or technology portfolio
Work within the team to deliver, maintain and support all web-facing on premise, cloud and SaaS applications in a high-availability and fast paced environment.
Management, and deployment of technical system, configuration changes
Delivering operational support to agreed SLAs and working within an ITIL framework as part of a Service Delivery department
Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles
Effective & strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex technical information clearly and concisely

Requirements:

At least 2-3 years of Operational Infrastructure Support experience in a 2nd or 3rd line role
Advanced knowledge of IIS( Internet Information Services)
Experience with .Net web applications using the .Net Framework
Good knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Release Pipelines
Proficiency and proven experience in Enterprise Infrastructure including Active Directore, SCCM, SCOM and the Windows Server OS
Certificate Management & Security Patching expertise
Previous experience in working in similar environments (.net Web Applications, Azure and DevOps) will be beneficial
Advanced command of English (C1 is a must)
Excellent communication skills with high business ethics
