Project information:

  • Location: Lublin / hybrid model of working
  • Type of project: IT Support/Service Desk 
  • Type of employment: long-term contract of employment
  • Start date: ASAP (depending on candidate\'s availability)

 

Responsibilities:

  • Providing daily support to French-speaking customers (via e-mail & phone)
  • Responding to customers\' queries and solving technical issues
  • Managing ticketing system
  • Performing troubleshooting activites (hardware, software, system)

Requirements:

  • First IT support/helpdesk working experience
  • Very good knowledge of French & English (B2 level)
  • Problem solving skills and attention to detail
  • Experience with operating/monitoring systems considered as an asset
