Project scope:
Leading the development and enhancement of the MS Dynamics solution, ensuring continuous improvement
Collaborating closely with stakeholders and business process owners to understand needs and align on-target solutions
Prioritizing and maintaining the product roadmap and the backlog of user stories, guiding team members in their work
Representing the voice of the customer, ensuring a deep understanding of customer needs and preferences
Providing technical leadership, including quality assurance, adoption of DevSecOps practices, establishing and running L3 Operational Support processes, and collaborating with technical teams
Coordinating the order of work, optimizing resources, ensuring budget adherence, and managing clear scope and timelines
Completed university degree in computer science or a related field
Years of hands-on experience and implementation expertise with MS Dynamics Marketing and Customer Insights Modules, coupled with a solid understanding of digital marketing.
Over 4 years of professional experience in IT leadership roles such as Product Owner, IT lead, or IT project coordinator.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills demonstrated through successful stakeholder management
Practical experience with Scrum or similar agile methodologies, with a preference for candidates holding a Scrum Product Owner certification
Strong analytical capabilities
Dedication to fostering the development of individuals and motivating junior team members to create a robust talent pool, promoting effective collaboration within a globally distributed team
Fluent English is mandatory; knowledge of other languages is advantageous
