Project scope:

  • Leading the development and enhancement of the MS Dynamics solution, ensuring continuous improvement
  • Collaborating closely with stakeholders and business process owners to understand needs and align on-target solutions
  • Prioritizing and maintaining the product roadmap and the backlog of user stories, guiding team members in their work
  • Representing the voice of the customer, ensuring a deep understanding of customer needs and preferences
  • Providing technical leadership, including quality assurance, adoption of DevSecOps practices, establishing and running L3 Operational Support processes, and collaborating with technical teams
  • Coordinating the order of work, optimizing resources, ensuring budget adherence, and managing clear scope and timelines

Requirements:

  • Completed university degree in computer science or a related field
  • Years of hands-on experience and implementation expertise with MS Dynamics Marketing and Customer Insights Modules, coupled with a solid understanding of digital marketing.
  • Over 4 years of professional experience in IT leadership roles such as Product Owner, IT lead, or IT project coordinator.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills demonstrated through successful stakeholder management
  • Practical experience with Scrum or similar agile methodologies, with a preference for candidates holding a Scrum Product Owner certification
  • Strong analytical capabilities
  • Dedication to fostering the development of individuals and motivating junior team members to create a robust talent pool, promoting effective collaboration within a globally distributed team
  • Fluent English is mandatory; knowledge of other languages is advantageous
