Responsibilities:

  • Purchasing of products & services
  • Managing & verifying purchase requests
  • Completing order processing
  • Reviewing open PR-reports and PO-reports on a weekly basis
  • Contacting with vendors to follow-up on existing orders to determine status of delivery dates, quantities and method of shipment
  • Monitoring changes & discrepancies
  • Assisting in facilitating purchase order changes as needed for shortages, price and terms adjustment
  • Responding to vendors\' queries
  • Verifying order confirmation & contract fulfilment
  • Supporting AP department

Requirements:

  • Experience in related positions in the field of procurement, accounting, purchasing
  • Good skills in English & Romanian (B2 level)
  • Knowledge of SAP or similar system
  • Detail-oriented & strong communication skills
