Project information:

• Location: Katowice
• Salary: up to 11 000 gross CoE + a bonus for working on the night shift
• Working hours: shift work from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM
• Project language: English and French
• Contract length: Indefinite/ long-term
• Start date: ASAP

Your daily tasks:

• Communicating details regarding P1 and P2 incidents to keep all stakeholders informed about the steps taken during the incident resolution process.
• Leading and coordinating the management of incidents, including participation in conference calls, by organizing the teams and third parties essential for resolving the issue.
• Using the escalation path when an incident requires a particular crisis-type mobilization.
• Reporting to top management on the status of critical incident resolution.
• Managing business escalations and priorities.
• Identifying significant changes that can generate a business impact by anticipating possible prevention areas.
