Responsibilities:

Setup and configuration of Microsoft Teams Telephony
Reviewing business requirements and translating them to technical design
Demonstrating solution configuration to stakeholders
Recommending and implementing changes to audio, video, telephony systems as required
Providing guidance on best practices
Migration of the telephony system from Cisco to Microsoft Teams
Designing, setting up and configuring in Teams telephony wiith traditional on-premises PBX integration
Configuring e911 services in Teams
Integration on premises analog telephony solutions ACD services
International Telephony requirements of certain countries knowledge

Requirements:

Around 10 years of relevant working experience
Expertise in designing, setting up and configuring in Teams telephony wiith traditional on-premises PBX integration
Expertise in Unified Communication Area
Proficiency in Cisco voice service (proven by certificates)
Profiency in Microsoft Teams (installing, configuring, migration from Cisco) with relevant experience in configuring e911 services
Knowledge of ACD services
Good command of English (at least B2)
