We are looking for Scrum Master to join the team that works on various products and services for the aviation industry. The team works on a platform that provides an easy way to integrate several solutions (maps and aviation data) to mobile applications.

• Remote work: hybrid - few times per month; during induction: 3x per week
• Budget: B2B: 500 - 800 PLN/net/day; UOP: 7 000 - 12 000 PLN/gross/month
• Methodology: Agile (SAFe)
• Contract length: long-term cooperation
• Start date: depending on candidate"s availability

Project scope:

• Organize and facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies like daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, backlog grooming, and system demos
• Establish and communicate the annual calendars for Iterations and Program Increments (PIs)
• Maintain relevant metrics to help the team monitor their performance and support the team in reaching their sprint goals, e.g., overseeing the end-to-end delivery of product features
• Proactively remove or escalate roadblocks
• Build a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised without fear of blame, retribution, or being judged
• Facilitate discussion, decision-making, and conflict resolution within the team and other depended entities
• Support Product Owner in creating and organizing product backlog
• Support Line Manager in process evaluation and in team growth
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure agile value delivery
• Take responsibility for managing dependencies between the Scrum team and others, and collaborate within a local Scrum Master group, especially with regard to items necessary for product release
