Responsibilities:

Implementation of a full technology life-cycle management process, including full asset management, along with all the associated documentation and reporting
ITAM process assessment;
Understanding the current ITAM process and harmonizing it within customer organization
Correcting data normalization and object recognition / de-duplication issues

Requirements:

At least 3-5 years of experience of relevant experience
Expertise in ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management (HAM) and Software Asset Management (SAM) modules
Nice to have: certification in the mentioned modules
