Requirements:

• around 5 years\' experience of working in IT Service Delivery and/or Service Management roles
• Advanced knowledge of at least one of following domains:
• NetCom: Network (LAN/WAN/VPN/Wi-Fi), Audio/Video Conferencing and Telephony
• Infra Security: Data Protection, Network Security, Identity and Access Management, Incident detection and response management,
• Data Center: Physical & Virtual Servers, Backup solutions, Monitoring tools
• Digital Workplace: Collaboration platform (Microsoft Office 365) and Messaging
• Endpoints: Endpoints deployment, Patching & Software distribution, PC/Mac provisioning & support, PC Antivirus / Encryption / Backup
• Experience in senior stakeholder management and their expectations is a must.
• Good understanding of ITIL guidelines and practices. ITIL v3/v4 certification would be an advantage.
• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
