• Remuneration: 7000 PLN gross + annual bonus

• Supervision of the quality of external services
• Product training and technical support
• Service audits
• Supervision of service improvement activities
• Preparation of reports
• Development of new tools for process optimization
• Cooperation with other departments
• Supervision and control of ongoing projects
